What’s involved?

Hi, I’m Tessa and I offer a unique and life changing service using active imagery, and individually tailored guided meditations that stimulate a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Whether you are dealing with a long-term or limiting health condition, or simply wanting to find the guidance, encouragement and motivation to exercise, then active imagery’s for you.

On a 1-2-1 basis, with compassion, respect, attention, extensive caring and listening, we unravel together both the physical and emotional limitations you have around achieving these goals. We discover the often-subliminal limiting thoughts and beliefs you have around your potential for success, and find ways to release these blockages, to shift your conscious awareness into a more creative and harmonious state of flow.

Utilising the active imagery strength training mp3 exercises, I design an individual workout programme for you, to suit your needs and requirements, explaining in detail, how to get the most out of active imagery, to unlock your potential. In addition, I reach into my own intuition, to create personalised meditations/imagery, based upon the information you have shared, to help you move forward, to start to deeply believe in your own ability to succeed on both a personal and professional basis. Once you have a grasp of how to use these tools, you can begin to create your own, heartfelt imagery.

Where will we work?

We need a private place where we can talk confidentially and will not be disturbed. I work within a 50-mile radius of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. I can come to your home or office. Alternatively, I work remotely online with clients.

How long is a session?

A session generally lasts between 60-90 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

I suggest clients initially try out a free 1 hour taster sessions. If this resonates with you and you would like to take our work together further, I recommend you sign up for 4 sessions. This will give us a chance to make some significant changes in your life. Outside the sessions, I am there to support you via phone or email.
